Olimp SMART is a mobile application that is part of the Virtual Sensory Laboratory, Olimp’s research programme through which we have initiated an unprecedented cooperation with our loyal customer community. The main objective of our research is to improve our products and make them perfectly suited to your expectations. Take part in the survey by scanning the QR code on the packaging and express your opinion! Using the Olimp SMART app give us feedback on the products you have purchased and present your expectations for future projects. We value your opinion!

The Olimp SMART app is available for both Android and iOS. Using it, you will review individual aspects of the products you have purchased, including flavour, aroma, texture and even the aesthetics of the packaging, and make suggestions for possible changes.
By installing Olimp SMART you ensure that you will be among the first customers notified about new products.
Participation in each survey will be rewarded with a PLN 20 voucher to be used in the Olimp Store.

The Olimp Virtual Sensory Laboratory
Anyone who chooses products developed at Olimp Labs’ state-of-the-art R&D Centre and marked with the “Scan me I’m Smart” logo and QR code will be able to participate in the work of the Virtual Sensory Laboratory and express their opinion on the quality of the purchased product and indicate what should be improved via an electronic survey.
We also look forward to suggestions for future projects!
How it works?
The Olimp SMART app is required to participate in the programme. Download it from the Play Store or App Store. Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet and scan the 2D code from the packaging.
The scanning/reading process is very fast.
After it is done, you will be taken to a survey of the specific scanned product.
